What is Menra?+
Menra is an AI visibility monitoring platform. It tracks how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and five other AI engines mention, cite, and represent your brand — so you can measure share of voice, gap-analyze competitors, and optimize content for generative engines.
How does Menra track AI mentions?+
You configure brand prompts (e.g. 'best CRM for startups'). Menra runs them daily across the AI engines you choose, captures the synthesized responses, extracts citations, ranks share of voice against competitors, and lands the results as a daily refresh in your dashboard plus a weekly digest report.
What's included in the $69/month subscription?+
One subscription covers one brand, five prompts, three AI platforms, one region, one seat, and roughly 100 credit per month. Credit is the metered usage unit — every AI search invocation, citation extraction, and content audit pass spends credit. Top-up packs (T1 through T6 in the credit ladder) cover extra capacity when you need it.
Can I track competitors?+
Yes. Each Menra subscription supports a competitor set, so you can see relative share of voice, citation count, citation position (lead source vs. footnote), and answer-position trends across every AI engine you monitor. The competitor matrix is one of the default dashboard views.
Do you support multiple brands?+
The base subscription covers one brand. Additional brands are available as add-ons for agencies and multi-brand teams; each additional brand has its own prompt set, competitor list, and dashboard view. Reach out at hello@menra.ai if you need a multi-brand quote.
Can I export my data?+
Yes — every dashboard view exports to CSV, weekly digest reports deliver as PDF, and direct API access is available for custom pipelines. Scheduled report delivery via email is configurable per brand from the dashboard settings page.
Which AI engines do you cover?+
Nine AI platforms total. ChatGPT and Perplexity are the universal floor. Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, and Meta AI are individually-priced add-ons that you wire on based on where your audience is.
How accurate is the citation tracking?+
Menra runs each prompt as an actual API call to the underlying AI engine and parses the structured response (citations, source URLs, mention positions). It is not a screenshot-based heuristic. Citation extraction is exact for engines that expose citation metadata; for engines that don't, Menra uses entity-matching against the response text with a confidence score per mention.
Do you offer team accounts?+
Each base subscription includes one seat. Additional seats are available as add-ons; enterprise teams typically run a multi-seat configuration with shared brand and competitor lists. Contact hello@menra.ai for team pricing.
What is a credit credit?+
Credit is Menra's metered usage unit. Every AI search invocation, citation extraction, and content audit pass spends a fixed amount of credit — for example, one prompt scan on one engine costs roughly one credit. The base subscription includes about 100 credit per month; top-up packs in tiers T1 ($10 / 100 credit) through T6 ($700 / 10000 credit) cover overflow capacity. Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. The subscription is month-to-month with no annual contract. You can cancel from the billing page at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Unused credit in top-up packs remains valid for 12 months from purchase.
